San Lorenzo Cathedral

From Piazza Matteotti, crowded via San Lorenzo goes northwest to the port.You cannot miss the dramatic Cathedral San Lorenzo, initially built as a Romanesque basilic in the 1100s, remodeled in Gothic style in 1307 and completed with a Renaissance Dom in 1557.
