Near the village conca Dei Marini, the stairs and an lift descend into a marine cave.You may be wondering how a marine cave came to have stalactites, but this has not always been at the sea level.The cave was formed above, but the volcanic activity of the region (you are not so far from the vesuvius here) has changed the level of the sea and the soil and put the cave in which the sea could be washed.The water is so clear that it is possible to see until the bottom.The boats are waiting at the entrance of the cave to take you inside or you can take a boat to the cave on the amalfi beach, about 15 minutes by car.
