Completed in 1912, the Central Square in Alicante is an constructed reference building in an interesting mixture of styles, incorporating Art Nouveaux elements in the impressive facade.Inside, you will find a lively market in which farmers, fishermen and sellers make sure that the city is well fed.The first floor is almost entirely dedicated to household articles, dairy products and slaughter selling, while the second floor houses vegetable farmers and fish market.The lively atmosphere and reminiscence of the old world make it a fun place to walk.The market is open from Monday to Saturday from 7 in the morning until early afternoon.
