A UNESCO World Heritage Site site, Vallée National Park on Praslin Island keeps a prehistoric forest containing at least 4,000 examples of giant coconut palm of RAR (unique for Seychelles).Other plants here include vanilla orchids, palm, wide, passenger palm trees and Chinese fans.Lovers of nature, Birders and photographers will enjoy exploring this reservation, where the trees form a suspended canopy, and large prehistoric boulders are scattered on the forest floor.The valley houses numerous species of rare lizards and birds, such as the Seychelles bulb;fruit pigeon;And the national bird of Seychelles, the black parrot.A very good way to explore this primitive forest is to walk along the slightly marked natural routes.Renting a guide is highly recommended, so you can find interesting details about plants and animals.
